Didn’t end up going to the hospital
in the end there’s really not much they can do for me and i’m getting antidepressants in 2 weeks so i’m good

I have an appointment tomorrow with my therapist and i might see about getting myself checked into a hospital for a few days?

honestly, the only reason i haven’t tried to drown myself again is because i’ve gotten my fear of drowning back
